An exciting new proposal has been put up by Mark Mehlman, the developer of The Crescent a 72-unit luxury condominium development just west of the Ritz. His new venture would entail a mixed-use development located just east of The Crescent. The Carondelet Village would offer a multi screen theater, which I'm thrilled about, a boutique hotel, 110,000 sq. ft. of retail space and boutique office space, and parking for 633. This would be such a wonderful addition, residents will have even more incentive to shop and dine in Clayton. I am keeping my fingers crossed that it's a "GO"
