710 South Hanley Unit 8B sold for $310,000 on 1-35-08. This completely renovated unit came on the market with an list price of $389,900 and expired. It was relisted at $375,000, after 210 days it sold.
The downward turn of the market has definately affected the length of time condos are sitting on the market and the final sale price. It makes it all the more apparent that buyers need to work with agents that are in-tune to the Clayton condo market.
