There are currently 23 condominiums under contract in the 63105 zip code. Five of the units are listed with an asking price in excess of $1,300,000. Five units in the Maryland Walk development are under contract.

After 272 days on the market a unit in the 816 Club building on South Hanley,(unit 9D) is pending. The original asking price was $395,000. This unit was reduced to $299,900 at the time it went under contract. I previewed this unit, it has great sq. footage, but it was in definite need of updating. The kitchen was very dated with floral 70's wallpaper and old green kitchen cabinets.

Another notable listing at 705 Westwood in The Moorlands neighborhood went pending after just 23 days. The 2 bdrm 1 bth unit showed very well, with an updated kitchen and great wood floors. The asking price was $209,900.

There are currently 202 units listed in the MLS. The median days on the market is 95. The median list price is $399,900. Only two units have sold as of November 10th.
